My Cooking Philosophy

For starters, my personal favorite style of cooking and chef is Bobby Flay. Love him or hate him, he has the keen ability to generate amazing flavors with all of his dishes. He keeps things simple but with enough flair to separate himself from the crowd. Plus, both of our favorite peppers is the Fresno chile which is the base of my personal home made red hot sauce.


My specialty, if there is one, is the ability to take common or ordinary recipes and make them my own by elevating the flavors and or the methods of cooking. And, of course, my ability to pair the ideal wines to match the intricate flavors and the weight of the dish to get the most out of the dining experience.
